Domestic visitors will be charged an entrance fee of  5,000 idr for weekdays and 7,500 idr for holidays. Meanwhile, for foreign visitors the ticket price is different on weekdays you have to pay 100,000 idr per person and on holidays 150,000 idr per person.

• Tourists are in good health (physical and mental)
• have no history of asthma or heart disease
• must show a health certificate from a doctor
• Tickets do not include insurance
• all visitors are advised to have personal accident insurance
• If an accident occurs while climbing or visiting and causes injury or death, it is your personal responsibility and you do not sue the Ijen Crater management
• Prepare personal safety equipment (non-slip shoes, cool jacket, mask, hand sanitizer, and other equipment)
• Tickets that have been paid cannot be changed on the climbing day or canceled or refunded

1. Blue Fire
One of the interesting and unique things about Ijen Crater is blue fire phenomenon which can be seen when it is dark. Visitors who come and want to witness this phenomenon must be willing to go up starting at 2 in the morning.
